Stainless Steel NITRONIC 50 Round Bars can be supplied annealed at 1950 Degree F to 2050 Degree F (1066 Degree C to 1121 Degree C). Stainless Steel NITRONIC 50 Bars has corrosion resistance greater than that provided by Stainless Steel 316 and Stainless Steel 316L, plus approximately twice the yield strength at room temperature. Stainless Steel NITRONIC 50 Rods has nearly double the yield strength of SS 304 and SS 316 and has better corrosion resistance than SS 317L. SS NITRONIC 50 Round Bars maintains strength at high temperatures as well as sub-zero temperatures. In addition, SS NITRONIC 50 Bars has very good mechanical properties at both elevated and sub-zero temperatures.
